Doesn't time fly? Well, it's actually four weeks less 14 hours since I had my eyes lasered, but since I'll be at work come zero hour, I'll write now.

I haven't mentioned it much recently, and that's really because there's not been much to mention. I still find myself trying to take my glasses off to wash my face (doofus!) but apart from that it's been very easy to get used to. I still love being able to see the clock in the middle of the night without having to screw my eyes up and crane towards it!

I'll have another post-op check-up in about a week, so I'll find out the actual figures then. However, I expect it'll be pretty close to 20/20 in the left eye, and slightly off in the right.

Overall, my quality of vision is currently slightly worse than it was with glasses. However, that's bearing in mind that my vision with glasses was better than 20/20 to start with. When I compare notes with Ros (who is 20/20 anyway), we're pretty similar now. And I guess there's still room for improvement!
