Jess's second tooth is poking through now. We could tell something was up when she started fussing at around 4.30pm yesterday, wouldn't eat her dinner, and didn't go to sleep until nearly 10 o'clock.

We were sure something was awry when she woke up crying every 20 minutes from 11.20 until 6am, with projectile snot. After I had managed to sleep through it until 1.30, I went and slept on the floor in the nursery until 6.30 to give Ros a break from getting up to attend. I say slept... anyway, we swapped duties again from 6.30 to around 8, so I could catch up a bit.

So, today has not been massively productive. This weekend, I've fitted a fireguard and bottom stairgate, and the more toxic, alcoholic, and electrical cupboards are fitted with catches. Getting there...

Jess is catching up on sleep herself right now. Now the second tooth has actually come through, she's a lot more herself. She was even clapping along with Daddy after lunch. Cute!
