I had my one week post-op check-up yesterday. Nick Dash says my eyes are healing very well, and my distance vision is pretty close to 20/20, albeit still blurrily so.

He did explain why I'm struggling with close-up work - at the moment, my eyes are slightly long-sighted! So, from -5 myopia to long-sight in less than a week; which explains why I've been tired and struggling with PCs a bit :-p Hopefully, that should settle back to correct vision as it continues to heal over the next week or so.
